Our ongoing passion for research, experimentation, and invention in the kitchen, enables us to deliver the purest expression of flavors in elegant edible forms.
From the humble space of a local, non-profit community based kitchen, La Chinoiserie showcases a modern, handmade twist on tradition. We embrace the finest ingredients from Northern California — our home — and combine them with wide-ranging flavors from unexpected locales, from Hawaiian food trucks to specialty Japanese tea houses.
Drawing on baking experiences at San Francisco favorites Neighbor Bakehouse and Spruce, to the one of the world’s top restaurants, El Celler de Can Roca in Spain, Joyce aims to delight her loyal pastry loving fans with each and every bite.
